Personal Advisor to the Director

Bettina Drees has been Personal Advisor to the Executive Director since 2017. In her current role, she is responsible for overarching institute tasks as well as providing technical, strategic and coordinating support to the Executive Director. She has also been the Diversity Representative at the IWM since 2022.

She has been working at the IWM since 2013, where she initially worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Knowledge Construction lab and, since 2015, as a Scientific Advisor at the IWM.
