Junior research group leader of the Tübingen Digital Teaching Lab (TüDiLab) at the IWM
Man (Echo) Su has been a research scientist at the IWM since 2025. She leads the Tübingen Digital Teaching Lab, where she investigates how interactive simulations, AI-supported learning technologies, and pedagogical agents can foster students’ understanding of complex systems concepts and support self-regulated learning. Her current projects focus on AI–human interaction in education, the design and evaluation of adaptive learning systems, and data-informed instructional support in STEM learning contexts.
