Since 2023, Natalie John has been working as a scientific employee in the “AuftAkt”- project, which is funded by the Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre (StIL). Her focus is on updating the scientific and practice-oriented content as well as on developing the conceptual and structural aspects of the platform "e-teaching.org".

She has been working at the IWM since 2018, initially as a scientific assistant and since 2020 as an employee at "e-teaching.org" where she was responsible for the editorial maintenance of the blog and social media channels, among other things.
